Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules for using navitech.systems (the "Website"). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. What the Website offers

The Website presents Navitech's services (web and mobile application development, custom software, automation and artificial intelligence solutions, technical consulting), completed projects, blog articles and company information. You can send us a request through the contact form.

The Website is not an online shop. No contracts are concluded and no payments are made through the Website. Information about services, prices, timelines or budgets is for information only and is not a binding offer under the Romanian Civil Code. Services are provided only on the basis of an accepted personalised quote and a contract signed by both parties; if there are differences, the contract prevails over these Terms.

3. Using the Website

You agree to use the Website in good faith and not to:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the administration area, servers or databases;
• introduce viruses or malicious code, or try to disrupt the Website (for example, through DoS attacks or excessive automated load);
• send illegal, offensive or spam content, or other people's data without the right to do so, through the forms;
• automatically copy (scrape) the Website's content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules and may notify the competent authorities.

4. Contact form

When you send us a message, you confirm that the data you provide is accurate and belongs to you or that you are entitled to share it. We reply as soon as we can, but sending a message does not oblige us to enter into a contract. How we process form data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Website's content (texts, graphics, logos, images, video, design, source code) belongs to Navitech or its partners and is protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and by trademark law. Client trademarks and logos shown in the projects section belong to their owners and are used with their consent or for reference.

You may view the Website, share links to its pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use of the content requires our prior written consent.

6. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Blog articles and informational materials are general in nature and are not personalised (technical, legal or financial) advice.

7. Availability and liability

The Website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we may change it, temporarily suspend it for maintenance or remove sections without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Navitech is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, for the content of third-party websites linked from ours, or for interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Links to other websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (social networks, client projects, institutions). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies in the Cookie Policy.

10. Consumer protection and dispute resolution

We want to resolve any complaint amicably: write to contact@navitech.systems and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are a consumer, you also have the following options:

• file a complaint with the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) – anpc.ro, under Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection;
• use Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) – anpc.ro/sal, under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015;
• for cross-border disputes in the EU, find dispute resolution bodies and assistance centres through the European Commission's consumer redress platform – consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Navitech's registered office, unless the law provides for another competent court (for example, the court of the consumer's domicile).

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page with the date of the last update. The applicable version is the one in force when you use the Website.
